We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Specialist Microfabrication to join our team in Abu Dhabi as we embark on an exciting new phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in establishing a state-of-the-art microfabrication facility, supporting our mission to build world-class capabilities in advanced manufacturing.

- Support the setup, installation, and commissioning of microfabrication tools and cleanroom equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a range of semiconductor processing equipment (e.g. lithography, deposition, etch, metrology).
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to establish maintenance protocols and ensure tool uptime and reliability.
- Assist in defining and implementing EHS and cleanroom standards during facility setup.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate service records.
- Technical diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in microfabrication or semiconductor equipment maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with cleanroom tools and processes.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
