Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring operational procedures, policies and standards and monitoring of such are followed by the team, and taking corrective actions in cases where they are not followed.
- Provide technical supervision to team members to ensure that assigned tasks are being completed to required standards.
- Ensures that all Health and Safety procedures are implemented and followed on the assigned site.
- Identifying risks on the site and reporting them to EHS Team for corrective action.
- Coordination of the site teams to ensure service coverage and qualitative work as per Clients expectations.
- Evaluate team’s performance, in order to identify development areas and in line with Company performance review process.
- Determine the required technical support and provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager relating to identified technical / maintenance issues for review by the Client.
- Consolidate service and technical reports to update Facilities Manager about the status of the properties.
- Apply and update technical documentation to ensure reliable technical information of the site.
- Recommend and identify technical (HVAC, electrical, Mechanical, etc.) and general improvements on sites to increase the level of service and efficiency of the systems.
- Supervise the application of preventive and corrective maintenance as per the given schedule by Facilities Manager.
- Oversee and supervise the quality of work and timing for any Facility Management’s Contractor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
- Engineering degree preferably Mechanical or Electrical
- UAE Driver’s license.
- 4 years of experience in a Team in a Supervisory role where quality and delivery were a key aspect of the job, together with budgetary and service delivery’s full responsibilities.
- or 4 years of experience in technical building services supervisory roles.
- Knowledge in Building Technical installations and Health and Safety Regulations and Standards.
- Excellent teamwork and organization: interaction with technical staff.
- Proactivity and ability to anticipate
- Proper interaction with coworkers.
- Ability to solve complex problems autonomously.
