We are seeking a Techno- Functional Associate Applications (UAEN) to join the Technology team. This pivotal role ensures that core business systems operate seamlessly, empowering teams to work efficiently, make data-driven decisions, and deliver exceptional results.
Embedded within the Digital Services team and working closely with Investments, Finance, and Operations, this position plays a key role in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining advanced business systems that drive operational excellence and financial accuracy. The role directly influences decision-making speed, process reliability, and overall business performance.
Lead and Manage Systems: Implement, optimize, and maintain finance and operations applications to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Investments to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
Drive Projects End-to-End: Manage project planning, QA, UAT, vendor coordination, and successful delivery of technology initiatives.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Provide hands-on support, streamline workflows, and continuously enhance processes for maximum impact.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Additional studies in Statistics, Economics, or Finance are preferred.
6-8 years of relevant experience within asset management, investment banking, private equity, or similar high-performance financial environments.
UAEN-Mandatory
Proven experience defining detailed business requirements and serving as a bridge between business and technology.
Hands-on experience in creating reports and analyses using enterprise systems based on business requirements.
Strong analytical, consultancy, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Hands-on experience with fund operations and fund accounting systems such as eFront, Investran, or similar platforms.
Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to QA and production operations.
Finance certifications such as CFA are an advantage.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure.
Strong understanding of the private equity industry.
