McCone Properties is looking for a driven, energetic and motivated Telecommunications Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong customer-oriented mindset, and a proven track record in telesales or a related field. Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of introducing our products/services, understanding their needs, and identifying potential opportunities for collaboration.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls.
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
• Obtaining client feedback to improve/enhance services to ensure client retention.

Desired Candidate

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships over the phone.
• Excellent English Communication Skills - fluency in English is required.
• Ability to Drive high volume calls on daily bases.
