Job Description
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and selling our products/services over the phone to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a results-driven approach. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are motivated by achieving targets and excelling in a competitive sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Answer questions about our offerings and address customer concerns.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or cold calls.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly tone on calls.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Close your own deals and also keep a regular follow up on it.
- Should be able to multi task and do 100-150 calls per day.
- Looking for good qualified girls for this position.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Telesales representative or similar sales role.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
