Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage guest acquisition and confirmations for an upcoming event. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential attendees, securing confirmations, and ensuring the required number of guests attend. This role involves strategic outreach, database management, and lead sourcing through various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted outreach to potential attendees based on a provided list of company names and accounts.
• Secure written confirmations within a set timeline through consistent follow-ups.
• Utilize internal databases and direct company contact to source additional leads as needed.
• Maintain an organized tracking system for confirmations and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all guest acquisition goals are met.
