Shift Timing: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Salary: AED 2,500 / 3,000 + Incentives & Commissions

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented Tele Sales Representative to join our team in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and telecommunications, eager to drive results and grow within our organization. In this position, you will engage with prospective customers over the phone, effectively promote our telecommunication products, and contribute to our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales: Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell our telecommunications services.
• Product Promotion: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing, aligning them with customer needs.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Listen to customer requirements, understand their needs, and adjust sales pitches accordingly.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to refine sales approaches and strategies.
• Training Completion: Participate in comprehensive training to gain in-depth product knowledge and enhance sales skills.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and utilize sales scripts to maintain quality and consistency in calls.
  
  

Qualifications

• Language: Proficient in English / Arabic; strong verbal communication skills are essential.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using desktop applications and the internet.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or sales.
• Availability: Candidates must be based in the UAE, with the ability to start immediately.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and master product knowledge, sales scripts, and industry trends.

• Pay Range: AED 3,164 - AED 3,547 per month
