To provide administrative and coordination support for the Alumni Project, ensuring accurate data management, effective communication with alumni, and smooth execution of alumni-related activities and events.

The Role
To provide administrative and coordination support for the Alumni Project, ensuring accurate data management, effective communication with alumni, and smooth execution of alumni-related activities and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management
- Reach out to ex-students to rapidly and effectively expand the Alumni database
- Gather key data on Alumni to enhance the Alumni organization
- Collect, verify, and update alumni contact details and records into the alumni database.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with school policies.
- Communication & Engagement
- Assist in preparing and sending email communications, newsletters, and invitations to alumni.
- Support the coordination of alumni events and activities.
- Respond to alumni queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Administration & Coordination
- Maintain project files, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and alumni updates for leadership.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and workshops.
- Support and undertake research processes as directed to promote and grow the Alumni database
- Interact directly with potential alumni to proactively grow the database
- Manage the database effectively
- Work in schools
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the EP Office to ensure project milestones are met.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information or approvals related to alumni initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or other equivalent degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or data entry, reporting, or event coordination is an advantage.
