Temporary Part-Time Roles Available - Document Scanning - JLT Dubai

Job Title: Temporary Document Scanning, Labelling and Uploading Assistants (Temporary - 2 Months)

Are you looking for a flexible part-time opportunity in Dubai? Our clinic in Jumeirah Lake Towers is seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals for a temporary 2-month project involving document scanning and uploading.

What you'll be doing:

● Accurately scan a high volume of physical documents.

● Ensure all scanned documents are clear, legible, and complete.

● Upload scanned documents to the designated digital system, adhering to our organizational protocols.

● Organize digital files and folders as required.

● Maintain the confidentiality and security of all patient information.

● Meet daily targets for document processing.

We're looking for individuals who are:

● Highly detail-oriented and accurate.

● Comfortable using computers.

● Ideally have some experience with scanning equipment (training provided).

● Organized and able to manage their time effectively.

● Discreet and understand the importance of confidentiality.

● Proven experience with document scanning hardware and software is a significant plus.

● While not mandatory, familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and data entry experience would be beneficial.

● Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Dubai with a valid family-sponsored or student visa.

The Details:

● Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers (Next to Sobha Realty Metro)

● Hours: Approximately 8-9 hours per day, 2-3 days per week (flexible weekdays).

● Duration: Temporary, 2-month project.

● Pay: AED 15 per hour + a performance bonus of AED 0.10 for each document scanned and uploaded after processing 3,000 documents daily.

● Note: No transportation or other allowances provided.
