THE ROLE

This is a high-growth acquisition opportunity to guide our business expansion in the UAE as an Inside Territory Account Executive. You will autonomously drive the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to deal closure, ensuring high-value outcomes for our customers. This mission-critical position focuses on generating revenue and cultivating a strong, collaborative network of local channel partners.

What You'll Do

  • Autonomously manage and guide the end-to-end sales process within your dedicated territory, consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly revenue outcomes and quotas.
  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with a network of local channel partners, leveraging their resources to maximise opportunity coverage and drive deal closure success.
  • Drive a rigorous, high-volume prospecting strategy to penetrate new accounts and reach key resolution-makers, building a healthy pipeline that guarantees long-term business growth.
  • Establish value for the Pure Storage solution by developing and presenting compelling business proposals that clearly demonstrate the technical and financial outcomes for the customer.
  • Deliver accurate and reliable sales forecasts and account strategies to leadership, ensuring predictable and results-oriented quarterly performance.

What You Bring

  • Results-oriented full-cycle sales proficiency, with a proven track record of initiating, navigating, and successfully closing B2B technology deals.
  • Business-fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic, essential for building trust and negotiating with key resolution-makers in the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and initiative in managing a territory and pipeline, coupled with the ability to guide complex sales motions with channel partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with deep proficiency in sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce.com, G Suite) required to handle a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Dubai, UAE office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
