A Territory Manager - Neuroscience is a field-based role, where the purpose is to build a sustainable Infrastructure to support the Alzheimer’s Disease Care Ecosystem by identifying referral networks across different stakeholders; to create superior customer interaction value by engaging with diverse specialists memory via utilizing Value-Based Selling and Strategic Account Management; with the purpose of providing disease state education and promoting our products to achieve and exceed business objectives. The Territory Manager - Neuroscience enhances the customer experience by identifying critical needs, facilitating an effective and timely Detection/Diagnostic process, educating customers on the target patient, efficacy, safety, and overall treatment experience to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
The capabilities required for success in this role are:
- UNDERSTAND: Understand the healthcare marketplace; the ecosystem, patient flow and key decision makers; the payer environment; customer (account and stakeholder) priorities; patient, product, and monetary flows; patient disease states and therapeutic options; and Lilly resources, processes, policies, and procedures.
- PLAN: Analyze patient, product, and monetary flows; prioritize opportunities; build territory and account plans; and secure needed resources; Use Strategic Account Management to map patient flow and referral patterns
- EXECUTE: Execute and continuously evaluate and adjust account plans and Infrastructure readiness; achieve territory and account plan goals and complete actions on a timely basis; and regularly assess and adjust territory and account plans as needed.
Qualification
- A degree in Pharmacy is required (mandatory)
- Driver’s License
- A passion for pharmaceutical sales with a proven record of accomplishments (previous sales achievements and awards).
- Presentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and foster relationships.
- Strong customer focus and understanding of the commercial environment.
- Problem solving and project management skills; Effective Stakeholder Management and Account Mapping.
- Diligent adherence to business integrity principles and an ethics and compliance mindset.
- Proficient knowledge of anatomy, physiology, disease state and current treatment options.
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Embrace technology for strategic and data-driven decision-making.
- A minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical sales experience is desired.
- Experience in the field of neurology and psychiatry. Good knowledge in the field Alzheimer's/dementia is an advantage.
- The ideal candidate to have significant experience in account-based selling and/or working through ambiguity, Customer engagement environment, Stakeholder management, Having hosted and attended educational meetings within the industry, with some level of relationships formed, Working with cross functional teams.
