As a Test and Assembly Engineer, You will be responsible for:

• Develops and implements Assembly and test methods as per the procedure.
• Recommends and implements improvements in Assembly department.
• Developing assembly and testing plans for Surface tree : composite block, cross tree, stack tree
• Developing assembly and testing plans for Wellhead : casing spool, tubing head, valves manual, valve actuator
• Oversee manufacturing engineering activities in assembly of API 6A SPC products.
• Provides product support, manufacturing support, and failure analysis.
• Design special tooling and fixtures for assembly and testing process.
• Maintain and improve all factory processes and related metrics (production efficiency, cycle times, capacity, capabilities and others as needed).
• Create and maintain Testing and Assembly Instructions, route sheets, and other process documentation.
• Receives specifications and design constraints from team leader.
• Handles special projects, as assigned.
  
  
  

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Have bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Have minimum of 3 years of experience in test and assembly for Surface Wellhead Equipment
• Have minimum of 3 years working in manufacturing environment
• Good Knowledge in assembly of API 6A SPC products
• Have experience working in AutoCAD.
• SAP working proficiency.
