We are seeking a skilled Thermal Spray Operator to join our coatings team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) systems and be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

- Prepare workpieces through masking, cleaning, and grit blasting.
- Set up and operate HVOF thermal spray systems based on job specifications.
- Monitor and adjust process parameters including temperature, spray distance, and rate.
- Conduct inspections for coating adhesion, coverage, and thickness using precision tools.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures including PPE usage and ventilation compliance.
- Perform minor troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance on spray equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, QC reports, and job records.
- Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to ensure technical requirements and customer standards are met.
- High school diploma or technical certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in thermal spray or industrial coating operations.
- Working knowledge of HVOF systems, coating materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and use measurement instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
