The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with MCNs and agencies, overseeing the training, support, and management of these partners. Onboard new MCNs, agencies, and organizations to provide talents for the live-streaming section.
  • Lead the incubation and onboarding of new agencies, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the TikTok Live ecosystem and understand the platform's operational requirements.
  • Allocate operation support to agencies and guide them to source high-quality live streamers, fostering the creation of a diverse range of content categories across the platform.
  • Develop and execute strategies for business development, including achieving set targets for agency growth and talent acquisition.
  • Organize and conduct workshops and training sessions for agencies, aimed at driving new opportunities and expanding TikTok Live’s agency network.
  • Collaborate with agencies to craft and revise agency management policies, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing reports to internal stakeholders and adjusting strategies to meet business goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum of 3 years of experience related to live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, or gaming platform streaming.
  • Proven experience in onboarding, nurturing, and developing relationships with new agencies, as well as managing agency partnerships.
  • Experience in business development, including achieving targets and driving the growth of strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct workshops and training sessions to educate and onboard agencies, generate new opportunities, and maximize partner engagement.
  • Professional and patient communication skills, with a focus on agency relationship management and the ability to resolve issues proactively.
  • Strong result-oriented mindset with excellent capacity for handling pressure and meeting performance objectives.
  • Ability to travel and visit key customers or partners as needed to build relationships, manage accounts, and ensure business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep passion for TikTok Live, mobile entertainment, social media, and creative talent.
  • Extensive experience within the live-streaming industry and a solid understanding of current live-streaming trends and innovations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships with agencies and partners.
  • Proficiency in any of the following languages is highly preferred: Arabic, Chinese or French to effectively collaborate with Arabic, Chinese and French-speaking agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive agency growth.
