We are looking for a detail-oriented Time Keeper with experience in the construction industry to ensure accurate recording and monitoring of employee work hours on-site.
Job Responsibility
- Keep track of employees’ attendance and work hours on a daily basis.
- Record and document any overtime hours worked by employees.
- Generate reports on employee attendance and work hours for management review.
- Monitor and track project timelines and deadlines.
- Communicate with project managers and supervisors to ensure accurate tracking of work hours.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding work hours and breaks.
- UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree is a must.
- Proven work experience as a Time Keeper in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction project timelines and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording work hours.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to work hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with project managers and supervisors.
- Proficiency in using time tracking software and tools.
- Certification in timekeeping or relevant field is a plus
