About The Opportunity

We are looking for a senior strategist to own the full lifecycle of our platform token — from long-term vision and economic design to real-world adoption and ecosystem expansion.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role that sits at the intersection of token strategy, product integration, partnership development, and overall platform growth. You will ensure the token becomes a core driver of user engagement, retention, and network effects across our global businesses.

Reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and collaborates closely with Product, Business Development, Marketing, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• 1. Token Vision & Economic Design:
• Shape the long-term token framework: supply dynamics, incentive structures, treasury management, and governance model.
• Design and scale meaningful utility across all product verticals and business lines.
• Create reward and engagement programs that drive sustained participation.
• Expand integrations with external wallets, protocols, partners, and infrastructure providers.
• 2. Platform Growth & Strategic Planning:
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product and revenue opportunities.
• Build financial models and business cases for expansion initiatives.
• Lead annual planning cycles, resource allocation, and multi-region growth sequencing.
• Continuously optimize user acquisition funnels, pricing structures, and overall platform efficiency.
• 3. Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion:
• Source and execute high-impact collaborations with stablecoin issuers, payment networks, Layer 2 solutions, and infrastructure partners.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities, draft investment cases, and oversee integration delivery.
• Support enterprise and white-label clients in adopting and customizing token utility within their environments.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years in crypto with hands-on experience in token design, ecosystem growth, DeFi, or fintech strategy roles.
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills (token economics, unit economics, scenario planning).
• Proven track record of cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, BD, and leadership teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable influencing C-level and board audiences.
• Deep knowledge of global crypto operations and multi-jurisdiction licensing strongly preferred.
• Established industry network is a significant advantage.
