What You Will Do
To support the Trade Marketing team in executing and monitoring in-store activities, promotional campaigns, and market analysis to enhance brand visibility, product availability, and overall sales performance across key retail channels.
Promotion and Campaign Support
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (recent graduates).
Strong interest in FMCG and trade marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Candidate must be based in UAE and hold a valid UAE residency visa.

Promotion and Campaign Support
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing trade promotions and consumer activations across retail outlets.
- Track promotional calendar implementation and ensure timely execution with sales and retail partners.
- Conduct regular store checks and gather insights on competitor activities, pricing, visibility, and stock levels.
- Support in collecting sell-out data and analyze promotional performance.
- Work closely with the sales team
- Assist in tracking performance against trade KPIs.
- Administrative and Operational Support
- Help maintain up-to-date trade marketing databases, including customer lists, campaign trackers, and activation archives.
- Support the coordination of logistics for trade events, product sampling, and merchandising activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations and briefing documents for internal meetings and retailer discussions.
