Job Summary

We are looking for a Trade Sales Executive for our customer to drive high-volume B2B food trade deals with retailers, caterers, and institutional buyers. The role focuses on sourcing opportunities, structuring and closing trade transactions, and managing end-to-end execution while ensuring healthy margins, timely fulfillment, and repeat business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and develop high-volume B2B trade opportunities across retail, catering, and food processing segments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of trade buyers and institutional clients to drive consistent deal flow.
  • Structure and negotiate large-scale trade deals, including pricing, volumes, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability, quality, and timely fulfillment of trade orders.
  • Own end-to-end execution of trade transactions from deal closure to delivery and payment realization.
  • Work closely with finance teams to manage credit terms, payment schedules, and cash-flow efficiency.
  • Track buyer performance, manage follow-ups, and drive repeat business and long-term trade relationships.
  • Anticipate and manage risks related to pricing volatility, supply constraints, and payment delays.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and forecasts related to trade deals, pipeline status, and revenue performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Mid-level (3-5 years)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in deal negotiation, pricing strategy, and commercial execution.
  • Strong understanding of trade finance, cash-flow cycles, and margin management.
  • Experience working with food service clients, processors, or retail chains is a strong advantage.
