Traffic Marshal - #33731

• Managing the site entry and exit gates and assisting customers in issuing parking tickets, paying for parking fees, and exit the mall premises smoothly

• Make sure to keep the traffic flowing and direct cars into available parking spaces.

• Patrol within the mall's car park

• Report any incident such as accidents, unattended belongings, HSE hazards, or customer complaints to the Traffic Control Center / Security Control room

• Protect premises, property, and information

• Report daily to the Supervisor / Team Leader with all daily reports as per procedures

• Ensuring all Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times

• All Health, Safety, and Environment instructions are to be adhered to at all times

• Operating and monitoring security systems that relate Parking Security

• Control the entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles through the car park.

• Patrol on foot search for any situations or conditions hazardous to the property or safety of a person at a site

• Patrol all outside parking areas as required to ensure vehicle safety and to detect unauthorized person

• Write appropriate reports as required

Selection Criteria:

• Require previous car park experience, good knowledge of traffic management

• 3 years proof of work experience with a minimum 1 year security experience in UAE

• Education certificate required

• English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Good knowledge of traffic management

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Hardworking and committed

• Willing to work on a shift schedule
