Training Center Manager - #55170

Responsibilities:

• Administrative management of the Center;

• Monitoring the correct completion of contracts, registers, reports;

• Work with personnel: coordination of the workflow, hiring teachers for new directions, assistance in coordinating the work of teachers, timely search for replacement teachers. Solving staff issues and fully interacting with them. Working with households personnel (selection, control);

• Work with Clients;
• Constant, timely work with the schedule of the Center. Making a schedule and developing new programmes, studying modern trends in educational activities.

• Implementation of sales plan, work with financial reporting;

• Organization of a high level of customer service and quality of customer service;

• Organization of a warm, friendly atmosphere in the team based on mutual assistance and trust;

• Carrying out current instructions from the manager.

Requirements:

• Higher education;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Ability to multitask and work in a team;

• Experience working in private kindergartens/centers;

• Experience working in centers in Dubai is a huge advantage;

• Knowledge of sales technologies and service skills;

• Confident, competent oral and written speech (the ability to competently present and present information);

• Excellent PC skills, proficiency in Office programs, ability to use office equipment and other technical devices is a must;

- Knowledge of English - at least upper-intermediate;
