Your Key Responsibilities As a Transfer Pricing Manager

In this role, you will apply transfer pricing concepts and financial expertise to address client challenges effectively. You will deliver integrated solutions by preparing documentation, supporting audit defenses, and offering innovative transfer pricing strategies alongside high-quality, responsive service. Responsibilities include modeling financial outcomes, valuing intangible assets, and developing practical planning approaches. Additionally, you will collaborate with global client service teams to ensure seamless coordination and drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Policy Analysis, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Additional qualifications such as a master’s degree, law degree, CPA, CFA, ASA Business Valuation Certification, or CMA are preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, are essential. Ideally, candidates will also hold a PhD in a relevant discipline, have a proven track record of excellence in professional services, and possess prior transfer pricing experience.
