Travel Consultant - Corporate

We are looking for a talented professional Corporate Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Planning, and designing Travel packages to suit the client's needs. Coordinate travel booking, holidays, and transport operations, to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to guests; hence maximize the revenue and guest satisfaction.

• Strong understanding of a client's travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently.
• Provide consultation to the client. Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules.
• Maintains active communication and seeks expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported.
• Provides the client with the required industry information such as low fares exchange costs and penalties.
• Can fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations.
• Provide professional written communication when dealing with e-mail inquiries or confirmations.
• Ability to work well as part of a team- to exhibit objectivity and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others as well as welcome feedback, contribute to building team spirit, and be proud of the service you provide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 3 years and above within the travel industry
• Knowledge of Amadeus, NDC systems
• Must have a corporate travel background and UAE experienced
• Can issue and re-issue tickets, book hotels, car transfers, travel insurance, and meet & assist.
• Must be present in UAE with either Immediate Joining or a 30-day notice period.
• Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, and package design.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in travel booking systems and software
