Job Description

We are currently seeking a Travel Coordinator, reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

About the role:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Coordinator to manage and support all aspects of corporate travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel logistics, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing a seamless travel experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, visas, and ground transportation.
  • Ensure travel bookings comply with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
  • Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure the best rates and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries, expenses, and documentation.
  • Assist employees with travel-related queries and provide timely support during travel.
  • Monitor travel schedules and proactively address any changes or disruptions.
  • Prepare travel reports and assist with expense reconciliation.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
  • 0–5 years of experience in travel coordination, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools (experience with GDS systems is a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a corporate travel or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with international travel regulations and visa processes.


Languages: English + proficiency level (Basic, Professional, Fluent)
