Job Description
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and optimise investment returns.
- Oversee banking relationships and negotiate terms to support the organisation's financial needs.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to treasury functions.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation related to treasury activities.
A successful Treasury Manager should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in treasury management within the professional services industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
- Competitive salary between AED 40,000 and AED 50,000 annually.
