Treasury Operations Specialist

· Monitor daily cash position and manage liquidity to ensure adequate funding for operational and strategic needs.
· Execute daily cash transactions, including bank transfers, payments, and intercompany transactions.
· Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and analyze variances.
· Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all treasury-related records.
· Assist in managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, including handling KYC and compliance documentation.
· Maintain and update treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
· Support treasury-related audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate with accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and other departments to ensure proper cash application and reporting.
· Analyze financial risks and recommend strategies to mitigate exposure to foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risks.
· Utilize treasury systems or ERP software to manage treasury operations effectively.
