Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with IBM’s consulting, cloud, data, and AI offerings.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and execute account and industry-specific go-to-market plans.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to pipeline development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and business strategies to align IBM solutions accordingly.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality services and solutions on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Manage financials including forecasting, margin optimization, and cost controls.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, solution sales, or services delivery.
- Strong understanding of cloud, AI, data analytics, or enterprise systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Industry expertise (e.g., Banking, Healthcare, Telecom, Public Sector).
- Experience with IBM technologies and platforms (IBM Cloud, Red Hat, Watson, etc.).
