RINA Consulting S.p.A. is seeking an experienced and motivated UAE Energy Operations Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Middle East and India Energy Asset Integrity Project Management Department. This pivotal role is designed for individuals with intermediate experience who are eager to contribute to the success of our energy sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage engineering operations for energy projects within the Middle East and India, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and on-site personnel, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and budgets, to facilitate the successful delivery of projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to assess project status, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with RINA’s safety policies and industry standards, fostering a culture of safety across all project activities.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies, to communicate project progress and address any concerns.
• Prepare and present project reports, ensuring high visibility and transparency regarding project performance to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, sharing insights and recommendations for enhancing project delivery methodologies.
  
  

Travel Requirements

This position may require travel of up to 25%, enabling you to engage with projects and teams across different sites within the region.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within the energy sector. Key qualifications include:

• A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing energy operations and engineering projects, ideally within a Middle Eastern context.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate challenges and drive project success.
• A proactive approach, showing initiative and foresight in decision-making.
