Our graduate roles include a diverse range of activities, designed to enable development through on the job experiential learning, this will include

• Assist in the planning and design of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, buildings, roads, and bridges, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Technical Assistance Provide support in carbon footprinting and management projects, including environmental impact assessments.
• Climate Change Risk Assessments Conduct climate change risk assessments and develop adaptation plans and strategies.
• Sustainability Projects Assist with sustainability and resource efficiency projects, including desk-based research, data analysis, and report writing.
• Project Support Work with project managers and directors to ensure the smooth running of projects.
• Team Collaboration Participate in team meetings, client briefs, and other meetings as required.

Qualifications Be working towards a relevant degree or master's level qualification in Environmental Engineering or a sustainability related engineering discipline

Academic Excellence Outstanding academic performance, an inquisitive nature and a passion for sustainability.

Drive and Determination Exhibit determination and commitment to personal and professional growth. We highly value prior internship/work experience during your studies & a willingness to grow a career in the dynamic private sector.

Teamwork and Communication Demonstrate effective teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate in diverse environments.
