Madi International is seeking a Receptionist (Emirati National) to join our showroom team. As the face of our brand, you will play a key role in welcoming clients and ensuring smooth daily operations in the showroom.

- Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception and showroom area
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including mail and basic documentation
- Coordinate appointments or client visits with the sales team
- Provide support in showroom activities, promotions, and events when required
- UAE National (Emirati)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Presentable, courteous, and customer-service oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage
