Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user personas, user journey maps, and process flows to guide design decisions.
- Design clean, accessible, and responsive user interfaces aligned with product goals.
- Build interactive prototypes to visualize ideas and gather early feedback.
- Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on insights and data.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across all products.
- Deliver high-quality design assets and documentation for development teams.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in design and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience using InVision or similar prototyping platforms.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user flows and interfaces.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in an iterative, fast-paced environment.
