What you will do:

Support the delivery of administrative services to the allocated business customers, ensuring all services are delivered to agreed standards, whilst developing your experience and capability to grow as a professional in the future.

  • Service Delivery; ensure that all services are delivered to agreed standards and are achieving their objectives this will include:
  • Scheduling Support
  • Office and Relationship Management
  • Document Management
  • Develop yourself to progress as a professional and your contribution to Mubadala. Support others to improve their performance.
  • Monitor project budgets and compliance with procurement processes and contract management (CAS).
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures and financial administration including financial invoicing and accruals.

including and not limited to daily administrative tasks and duties as assigned by your Line Manager.

What will you bring:

To succeed within this role, you will be bring a strong mix of practical experience, technical skills and business skills, including the following:

  • Degree preferably in Business Management or Human Resources with relevant professional accreditations
  • Proven track record of delivering planning and organization as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and proactively identify and report potential delays
  • Strong interpersonal skills and people management experience working across culture
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • You will be a team player with high standards of business ethics and a drive to deliver, innovate and improve, whilst building strong partnerships within and outside Mubadala.

Most importantly you will have passion for contributing to Mubadala’s mission and growing a leading global investment company.
