Job Description
- Develop and implement organisational strategy, objectives, policies, and operational plans for a variety of departments.
- Review entity structures, manage organisational design engagements, and provide support for strategic design changes.
- Develop and manage the unit's workforce, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Professional certifications in organisational design, change management, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in organisational design within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong expertise in organisational design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
