We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Urologist with Western training to join our multidisciplinary medical team in Dubai. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Urologist with Western training to join our multidisciplinary medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have advanced training and expertise in urology, with a strong foundation in Western medical practices. This is an exciting opportunity to provide world-class urological care within a state-of-the-art medical facility in a rapidly growing healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a variety of urological conditions, reproductive system disorders, kidney stones, prostate issues, and cancers of the urinary tract.
- Perform surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures such as laparoscopic surgeries, robotic-assisted surgeries, and other advanced urological techniques.
- Collaborate with other specialists in the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in urological care, techniques, and technology.
- Provide patient education on prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations, protocols, and standards of care.
- Manage patient follow-ups and postoperative care.
- Medical Degree: MBBS or equivalent.
- Specialist Training: Western-trained, with board certification in urology from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of post-training experience in a reputable hospital or clinic.
- Experience with advanced urological surgeries, including robotic-assisted procedures, is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical teams
- Proficient in diagnosing and treating a wide range of urological disorders.
- Strong technical skills in performing surgeries and using advanced urological tools and equipment.
- Ability to manage complex cases and make informed clinical decisions.
- Compassionate and patient-focused care approach.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
