Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions for digital products.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and their implementation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Sketch.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work for web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
