Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions for digital products.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and their implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work for web and mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
