Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our Axiom Distribution team. This role is key to driving B2B sales across designated territories in the UAE through direct engagement with retailers and trade outlets. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing product penetration, and supporting the digital transformation of traditional retail trade through our platform.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our Axiom Distribution team. This role is key to driving B2B sales across designated territories in the UAE through direct engagement with retailers and trade outlets. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing product penetration, and supporting the digital transformation of traditional retail trade through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets across assigned product categories
- Expand and maintain regular outlet coverage, ensuring strong customer relationships
- Manage van stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and maintain stock accuracy
- Collect payments in line with agreed terms and manage credit limits where applicable
- Execute trade promotions and ensure brand visibility at the point of sale
- 2–4 years of direct sales or van sales experience in FMCG, electronics, or telecom distribution
- Valid UAE manual driving license (Mandatory)
- Familiarity with UAE retail and wholesale markets, especially convenience and mobile outlets
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a target-driven environment
- Experience using sales tracking tools or mobile reporting systems
- Spoken proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus
- Knowledge of trade marketing or route planning best practices
