Job Description

This role supports the hands-on execution of new ventures and high-priority initiatives across portfolio companies. The Venture Execution Associate will work directly with the Strategy & Value Creation Lead to implement technology stacks and operational systems (CRM, dashboards, reporting), manage project timelines, and support go-to-market execution. This includes setting up core tools, managing GTM experiments, supporting team workflows, and enabling fast, structured implementation of early-stage operations. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.

Main Responsibilities

• Set up CRM systems, dashboards, and tracking tools to enable data-driven decision-making
• Coordinate timelines, task management, and deliverables across cross-functional execution teams
• Support MVP and GTM setup, including funnels, landing pages, and customer journey flows
• Help portfolio teams design and implement early operational processes and reporting structures
• Document key learnings and contribute to the continuous refinement of internal playbooks
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related
• MBA in top-tier business school is preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced startup, venture studio, or venture builder environment
• Consulting experience with a strong focus on operational execution
• Solid technical grasp of workflows, tools, and structured delivery processes
• Business acumen paired with a builder’s mindset: hands-on, fast-moving, and highly accountable
• Strong stakeholder management, and process coordination skills
