Job Purpose

Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate Aldar Development marketing communications roll out strategies, including advertising, promotions, and public relations to support marketing objectives and maximize the positive exposure in local markets

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop project marketing strategies and budgets by studying market indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring the competition.

  • Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
  • Work with the development teams, Sales teams, CM teams by organizing and developing specific marketing communication programs for existing and new product launches.
  • Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
  • Develop, execute, and govern marketing concepts and programs for engaging various stakeholders as per the business strategy and working closely with business representatives, marketing, and sales for ensuring content alignment and feasibility of the concepts and programs.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, measuring, and improving marketing product launch plans for supporting sales initiatives for achieving business line objectives and ensuring the development of cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Develop, coordinate and implement the annual marketing product launch calendar, content, and storyline through all communication channels and
  • Ensure plans across multiple and appropriate advertising channels are in line with the overall marketing strategy for extending brand visibility.
  • Work with marketing agencies and defining quality and delivery targets for externally assigned activities, monitoring ongoing progress, and resolving issues.
  • Develop global advertising campaigns activities using events, fairs, online campaigns, print media, and other marketing vehicles for promoting products, systems, and services throughout the whole life cycle.
  • Define key targets and quality metrics for marketing initiatives
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing product launch budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.


RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Min of 10+ years of relevant experience in Marketing and Digital marketing. YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION Min of 2+ years of managerial experience FIELD OF EXPERIENCE

  • Real Estate sector.
  • Experience in managing digital media performance agencies. TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • Knowledge of KPIs and digital marketing techniques.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Able to identify and work with affiliates and lead generation companies
  • Able to establish partnerships with key digital companies
  • Strong project management and people management
  • Excellent communication and writing/presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking. QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • MBA/BSc/BA in Digital Marketing, or related field is preferred.
