What You Need To Know

This is a global position open to applicants in proximity to our major facilities. The role requires occasional travel to international locations, primarily Norway, the Middle East, and India.

We are seeking a commercially focused leader to drive the strategic, commercial, and financial performance of our global Specialist Sales business unit. This is Proserv’s wholesale distribution business, operating at global scale and primarily focused on component sales to the energy industry. The role includes full P&L ownership, leadership of a diverse global team, and responsibility for sales, market expansion, and offering strategy, aligned with Proserv’s corporate objectives. We work with a portfolio of key supplier partners to strategically distribute their products across selected regions and are actively looking to expand both our partner base and geographic reach.

What We Are Looking For

Some of the Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute Proserv's Specialist Sales strategy, setting objectives and ensuring compliance across the global business.
  • E-commerce- collaborate with internal IT/ERP stakeholders to develop and maintain an online marketplace for all distribution sales to enable speed of sales and services to distribution market customers.
  • Overseeing the Sales and Business Development activities and tools to drive market share growth.
  • Driving Specialist Sales offering cost reduction and Proserv & Customer value added improvements in the offering and the delivery ultimately leading to EBITDA growth and positive customer experience.
  • Define and track Specialist Sales KPIs to align with our business goals, ensuring clarity and engagement from all stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • An Engineering or Business Administration degree
  • Experience and exposure of setting up global go to market distribution strategies
  • Extensive track record in managing multi-cultural teams and/or multi regional business segments
  • Experience in distribution sales and associated services of electrical and hydraulic manual and automated industrial control systems.
  • Extensive expertise in the industrial distribution product sales and associated services sector.
