Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of a Masters Degree in Education or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the United States of America curriculum
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire staff members towards achieving school goals
• Proficient in using technology for administrative purposes
