Video editor

We’re looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with a strong eye for visual storytelling and technical expertise in post-production. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in color grading, working with *ProRes RAW footage, and adding **graphic elements* to enhance the final visual product.

You will work closely with our creative team to bring our visual projects to life with a polished, cinematic look and engaging motion design.

Your Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble high-quality video content from ProRes RAW footage.
• Perform advanced color grading*, ensuring consistency and aesthetic alignment with the project's tone and mood.
• Work fluently across different color spaces* (Rec.709, Rec.2020, etc.) for proper delivery across platforms.

• Design and integrate motion graphics and visual elements* to support storytelling.
• Collaborate with directors and producers to implement feedback and creative direction.
• Manage post-production timelines and deliver projects on schedule.
• Organize and maintain media assets and project files efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor in a professional or agency setting.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software FCPX preferred or (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Deep understanding of color grading workflows
• Comfortable working with ProRes RAW footage* and maintaining visual quality throughout post.
• Familiarity with color spaces and LUTs*; ability to troubleshoot color pipeline issues.
• Strong design sense and ability to create clean, modern graphic elements and animations*.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback.

• High standards: You’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to your own high standards. 
• Poise: You’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which - a lot of times - can be life-changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.
