As a Visa Specialist, your day will be dynamic and engaging, starting with managing visa applications and renewals for our diverse workforce. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external government departments, ensuring compliance with UAE immigration laws while providing guidance to new hires navigating the onboarding process. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will not only streamline operations but also foster a welcoming environment that enhances employee satisfaction and retention.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Visa Application Management: Handle all processes related to new visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes for employment, residence, and mission visas.
• Application Submission: Prepare and submit visa applications through relevant UAE government portals, including GDRFA, ICA, MOHRE, Tasheel, and E-Channel.
• Status Tracking: Track and update visa status, ensuring timely follow-ups and renewals to avoid fines and legal issues.
• Coordination with Government Departments: Collaborate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) and various government departments, including Immigration, Labour, Emirates ID, and Salem, to facilitate visa processes.
• Medical Insurance Management: Coordinate the issuance and renewal of medical insurance for employees in line with visa processing and UAE regulations.
• Pension Registration: Handle pension registration and contribution processing for UAE National employees in accordance with GPSSA guidelines, ensuring timely enrollment, salary updates, and cancellations.
• Emirati Employee Support: Coordinate with the Nafis platform for registration and support services related to Emirati employees.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all visa transactions and employee legal documents, including passports, visas, and labour cards.
• Employee Guidance: Guide employees and new hires through the visa and onboarding process to the UAE, providing necessary information and support.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor changes in UAE immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and update processes as needed.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on visa processing activities, upcoming expirations, and any issues that may arise
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor degree.
• Proven experience in visa processing and immigration laws and regulations in UAE.
• Organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in using government portals and software related to visa processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and provide effective solutions.
