Visa Typist (Immediate joiner)

We are looking an experienced and skilled Visa Typist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a fast and accurate typing speed, fluency in English, working knowledge of Arabic, and a proven track record of 100% data entry accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process all new and renewal visa applications.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of GDRFA and ICP systems.
• Handle medical typing and Emirates ID application procedures.
• Execute all GDRFA-related formalities and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of PRO activities and visa tracking logs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in visa typing, immigration services, and government-related documentation.
• Strong familiarity with UAE immigration and labor procedures.
• Attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluent in English (written and oral) with an understanding of Arabic writing
• Available for immediate start

• Comprehensive knowledge of visa processes and government systems (Tasheel, GDRFA, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4,000 per month.
