Job Description

ROLE PROFILE:

• Chief of Staff is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the delivery of AI initiatives across multiple use cases within the Innovation Hub, managing dependencies, risks, and resources to ensure projects delivery
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Drive AIIH agenda as “right hand” of the Chief AI Innovation Officer, plan LT meetings, incl. planning cycles, reporting, x-coordination
• Plan and manage AI projects timelines, milestones, resource/budget allocation, progress monitoring to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Facilitate regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility of status, blockers, and KPIs, support internal decision making
• Create high impact-presentations for senior stakeholders
• Shaping themes for culture and team events, offsites, comms
• Support recruiting activities, onboarding support
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, data, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement by standardizing delivery practices and supporting scalability of execution frameworks
  
  

Qualifications

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATION:

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting with AI, data, or tech programs background within financial services
• Strong structural competence, ability to create high impact presentations to senior stakeholders
• Track record in delivering complex, cross-functional projects in agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments incl. preparing SteerCos for executive stakeholders
• High resilience in fast paced environments
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and ability to coordinate across data science, engineering, and business teams
• Excellent planning, facilitation, and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or another relevant field. Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred
