Our client is seeking a seasoned Vice President for their Financial Communications division. This role, based in the vibrant city of Abu Dhabi, offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of communication strategies and plans. The successful candidate will act as an expert advisor on communications requirements, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in progressive senior-level roles in related communications position
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position
- Outstanding English language and written skills
- Proven track record of strategic communication planning and execution
- Outstanding relationship management skills
- Develop and implement annual communication plans aligned with overarching Group Communications strategy
- Ensure delivery towards key performance indicators related to the communications function
- Apply knowledge transfer and establish effective succession planning by upskilling talent
- Oversee a team of direct reports to ensure efficient work in line with relevant communications plans, policies, and procedures
- Ensure communications budgets are used effectively in line with company's policies and procedures
- Act as an advisor to the Executive Leadership Team to deliver their communications requirements
- Ensure continuous improvements to functional procedures and ensure implementation of policies, systems, and controls covering assigned areas of responsibility.
