Role Summary:
The Vice President of Sales and Strategy will lead the organization’s sales and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sale and market strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Provide thought leadership on long-term growth strategies and competitive positioning
- Sales Management:
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, including pipeline development, deal closure, and client onboarding
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Partnership Development:
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to drive mutual value and market reach
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop joint value propositions and campaigns
- Market Insight and Adaptation:
- Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify emerging opportunities and challenges
- Adapt sales strategies based on industry trends and customer needs
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of customer feedback into offerings
- Support marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and credibility
- Performance Monitoring:
- Set and measure KPIs for the sales team and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Leverage analytics to drive informed decision-making and strategy refinement

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
- Experience:
- Proven track record of 10+ years in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a VP or equivalent capacity
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and deal-making abilities
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales techniques
