What Will You Do
- To be a Communications Business Partner to the Portfolio Strategy, Risk and Responsible Investing teams, devising and executing strategies around thought leadership, external communications and internal communications.
- Additionally, strategically manage Mubadala’s external engagement for the wider business through speaking opportunities, hosted events, moderated discussions and stakeholder engagements and thought leadership to build Mubadala’s reputation and support business objectives, working with Platform Communications and Communications Business Partners for other functions.
- Ensure speakers are prepared with well-crafted, compelling storytelling and messaging material in line with Mubadala’s communications strategy. Work with the Integrated Marketing team to support development of Mubadala’s sponsorship strategy and with the external communications team to amplify speaking engagements.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Thought Leadership, Corporate Communications, or a similar role, with a demonstrated history of delivering impactful strategies. Experience in a large-scale organization with complex business operations or exposure to various industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of communication and influencing techniques, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals across diverse functions and organizational levels.
- Expertise in modern communication techniques and practices to continuously enhance internal communication initiatives.
- Proven experience in designing and managing thought leadership programs for large organizations, either in-house or within an agency setting.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure successful delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled at building and maintaining productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with information architecture and content management systems.
- Proficiency in analyzing survey results and trends, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
