We are hiring for our client's upscale Asian fine dining restaurant, renowned for providing a luxurious culinary experience that combines tradition with modern flair. We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Vietnamese-speaking Waitress to join our client's elite team.
Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining the high standards of fine dining.
- Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
- Ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests, from welcoming them to their table to processing their payments.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other wait staff to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Handle guest inquiries in Vietnamese and English, ensuring a culturally immersive experience for Vietnamese-speaking guests.
- Uphold the restaurants reputation by delivering a warm, polished, and attentive service.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written).
- Prior experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant is a must.
- A strong understanding of Asian cuisine and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, with an eye for detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Presentable and professional appearance, with a warm and hospitable demeanor.
