Position: Warehouse Receiving & Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Receive, inspect, and accurately stock aviation parts and equipment in compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
• Shipping & Dispatch: Coordinate the packaging, labeling, and timely dispatch of outgoing components. Ensure all shipments meet customer and regulatory requirements, especially those related to hazardous materials.
• Customs & Compliance: Work closely with freight forwarders and logistics partners to manage Dubai customs clearance processes. Maintain compliance with UAE and international shipping regulations.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates. Assist with reconciliation and ensure stock availability for timely order fulfillment.
• Hazardous Materials Handling: Ensure proper storage, packaging, and documentation of Dangerous Goods (DG), complying with IATA/ICAO and local guidelines.
• Warehouse Operations: Contribute to the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the warehouse. Operate forklifts and other handling equipment as needed (training provided if required).
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Aviation Experience: Prior experience working in aviation logistics, MRO, or parts distribution is required.
• Logistics Proficiency: Strong understanding of Dubai customs processes and warehouse logistics best practices.
• Hazardous Materials Knowledge: Familiarity with handling and shipping dangerous goods, ideally with certification (e.g., IATA DG training).
• Technical Skills: Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems. ERP familiarity is a plus.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English; additional language abilities (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 kg, operate warehouse equipment, and stand for extended periods.
• Work Schedule: Full-time position on a day shift (8 hours/day, standard Dubai business hours).
