What You'll Be Doing

Fulfillment Operations

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely order processing, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor order accuracy, lead times, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting fulfillment performance.
  
  

Coordination with Buying, Supply Chain, Tech, Commercial and other stake holders

• Collaborate closely with the Buying team to align inventory availability with sales and demand forecasts.
• Work with Supply Chain counterparts to ensure optimal stock levels, efficient replenishment, and inbound logistics coordination.
• Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams to address issues affecting operational flow.
• Coordination with IT on all ongoing project and ensure UAT signing off prior launching.
• Coordinate with Commercial, CS and other stake holders with necessary support with analytical reports, presentation etc.
  
  

3PL Warehouse Oversight and support

• Monitor performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners against SLAs (e.g., order accuracy, shipping timelines, inventory accuracy).
• Conduct regular performance reviews and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure SOPs and compliance standards are consistently followed by external partners.
• Support US team with constructive Feedback towards continuous improvement.
  
  

Operations Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support the end-to-end U.S. operations cycle including returns, reverse logistics, and warehouse transfers.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of operational KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost-efficiency, speed, and customer satisfaction.
