Training & Development Support
This internship is designed as a stepping stone into the world of luxury retail training and engagement at CHANEL. Training & Development Support
- Assist in preparing engaging training materials, including presentations, toolkits, and e-learning content.
- Support the organization and logistics of both in-class and virtual training sessions.
- Track attendance, participation, and completion of training modules to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Gather feedback and compile post-training reports to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate on planning and organizing team engagement events such as workshops, team gatherings, and Coco Club experiences.
- Contribute creative ideas for interactive activities that foster team motivation and collaboration within boutiques.
- Maintain and design communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and invitations, to support learning and engagement initiatives.
- Update learning trackers for internal teams and partner boutiques to monitor progress.
- Support the compilation of reports on key metrics such as Pulse Index, Inside WFJ completions, and sales team development KPIs.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring individual learning paths and development milestones.
- Coordinate schedules, invitations, and follow-ups for training programs and engagement activities.
- Provide logistical support for regional travel, boutique visits, and events.
- Help maintain an organized filing system for training documents and engagement plans to ensure seamless operations.
- Being part of CHANEL’s renowned Watches & Fine Jewelry Department, contributing to its vision of excellence in learning and engagement.
- Working on impactful projects, from inspiring training sessions to memorable team events.
- Gaining exposure to the luxury retail industry and collaborating with passionate, diverse teams across the region.
- Learning how people development, creativity, and operational excellence intersect in the world of luxury.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
- A passion for people development, luxury retail, and creative team engagement, with an interest in learning and training.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic to collaborate across teams and regions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a creative mindset to design engaging materials.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach with a desire to grow and contribute.
- Graduate with a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Luxury Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience or strong interest in training, HR, events, or luxury retail is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Based in Dubai and available for a full-time internship for six months.
